PURPOSE:To improve linear vibratility of a trough, by constituting a vibrative feeder driven by a vibrative electric motor with coil springs in such a manner that the vibrative electric motor and the trough are combined in a direction at a right angle with an axial direction of the coil springs by a leaf spring directed to the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:The bottom end part of a pair of leaf springs 26 is mounted by a bolt 27 to an angle member 24 fixed to the bottom end of a vibrative electric motor mounting plate 17 and the upper end part is fixed by a bolt 27 to a bracket 25 of a trough main unit 5. This vibration system is provided with a natural frequency of vibration determined by mass in a side of the trough 5, mass in a side of a driving unit 22 and the total spring constants of coil springs 14, 15 and the leaf spring 26, and a vibrative motor main unit 22 is driven by a frequency approximate to this natural frequency, then an axial directional component of the springs 14, 15 from circular vibrative force of the motor 22 is applied to the trough 5 while a vertical directional component is applied to the whole unit 1 of a vibrative feeder. In this way, the trough can be linearly vibrated in an axial direction of the coil springs. |
