The heat transformer has a compressor in the first heat pump stage and another compressor in the second stage. A condensor, a medium vessel and an expansion valve are fitted between the two compressors. The transformer, using pressure steam overheated by medium components from stage one and condensate with fed steam from stage two, generates suction steam with low fluid content and low degree of overheating to stage two. Thus, the transformer functions as a cooler-evaporator, a steam mixer, a fluid separator and a overheating regulator. |
