PURPOSE:To make laser light pass through the center of a hole of an object to be measured, by measuring the rotation angle of a differential transformer rotating by centering a vertical reference point by a potentiometer and by calculating the deviation of the vertical reference point from a measurement reference point with the measured value of the differential transformer and the potentiometer. CONSTITUTION:A device of a light source 5 equipped with an automatically and vertically correcting mechanism emits laser light L to be the reference for measurement. A beam splitter cube 6 branches the laser light L to the two directions of reflection and transmission, and a light position detector 7 is positioned by an adjusting screw 8 in the upper and lower directions and an adjusting screw in the left and right directions so that the position of a mirror image against the refelecting surface of the cube 6 is made to coincide with a vertical reference point A. While, a motor 9 rotates a detecting part 14a of a differential transformer 14 by centering the vertical reference point A through gears 10-13, and a rotation angle of such time is measured by a potentiometer 16 through a gear 15. |
