PURPOSE:To make varnish evenly adhere to an armature by a method wherein the impregnable varnish is dripped to impregnate coil of turning armature therewith further dripping higher viscous thixotropic varnish on the space between coil and commutator. CONSTITUTION:Any conventional impregnable varnish is dripped to impregnate winding coil 3 of turning armature further dripping higher viscous than said varnish and thixotropic varnish on the space between coil 3 and commutator 4. In this case, the winding coil 3 may be impregnated voidlessly with said varnish due to excellent permeability. On the other hand, the thixotropic varnish, despite its high viscosity, may be coated layering itself with even thickness due to pertinent flowing ductility in case of dripping as well as the shear of turning armature while the varnish is dripping and adhering. |
