PURPOSE:To omit the printing of unnecessary parts owing to the distribution of pieces of printed information, which are printed in a plurality of copies for each page, by dividing the pieces of printed information into a plurality of blocks, and controlling the printing operation in correspondence with the control information for every block. CONSTITUTION:The printing information and the control information, which are recorded in a magnetic tape 2-1 are transmitted to a CPU2-3. The CPUR 2-3 extracts the table of information as to which copies should be printed or should not be printed for all the printing copies of each page of the printing information, and stores the result in a register 2-6. The CPU2-3 prints the printing information, which is regenerated by the magnetic tape 2-1 based on the control information from a copy counter 2-5, which is stepped forward every time one copy is printed, a copy register 2-6, and a print/no print table register 2-7, on paper by a printer 2-8. |
