CONSTITUTION:The identification of an atypical bacterium having acid resistance is enzymatically enabled by adding six items of test for picric acid medium, black change test for sodium para-aminosalicylate, ''Tween-80'' hydrolysis test, urease test, nitrate reduction test, and arylsulfatase test to three items of niacin test, growth rate test and dark coloring and light coloring test. |
