A stabiliser/lubricant composition for halogen-containing vinyl polymers, such as polyvinyl chloride, which contains at least one basic lead soap, at least one fatty acid and paraffin. The compositions according to the invention are characterised in that the paraffin is microparaffin. The compositions according to the invention are particularly suitable as additives in the production of plastic pipes or profiles from halogen-containing vinyl polymers.
