PURPOSE:To enhance the indicated quality of the active matrix substrate by a method wherein the colored part at the active matrix substrate for indication is covered with a white metal thin film. CONSTITUTION:Because a poly-silicon wiring 12 presents brown normally, by covering the greater part of the gate signal lines thereof presenting brown with the white metal thin film 21, sharp enhancement of quality of the indication can be attained. Especially when the indication mode of a liquid crystal is TN, quality of white is enhanced, and at a transmitting or reflecting type color liquid crystal panel using a color filter, etc., color regulation of the three primary colors is facilitated, and it becomes to a large merit. As the white metal thin film, any metal of aluminum, chrome, silver, etc., is favorable only when it is white. |
