1. A fall arrest safety net assembly comprising:
a bag having a closed end and an opposing open mouth, the bag constructed from one or more wire strands which are turned back upon themselves to form loop members and a plurality of eyes, wherein adjacent loop members are jointed to one another with fastenings and the eyes are spaced about the open mouth; an elongate line extending through the eyes spaced about the mouth of the bag; a slit in the bag separating a first loop member from an adjacent second loop member, the slit extending from the open mouth to the closed end; an auxiliary wire having a first end and a second end secured to the first loop member to define a mesh strand accepting space opening between the auxiliary wire and the first loop member; and a toggle on the second loop member, the toggled sized to selectively prevent the toggle from exiting the mesh strand accepting space opening. |
