<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high strength, thin, hollow, special bodies (vanes) of high density and uniformly dispersed reinforcing fibers by forming them with a movable core mold and a fixed core mold by means of a special plutrusion method. CONSTITUTION:A movable core mold 3 is moved behind a skin layer forming mold 1 to arrange reinforcing fibers 4, 7 for forming the skin layer along the skin layer forming mold 1 and the reinforcing fiber body 7' for forming a fluidized layer is located so that the fixed core mold 2 is enclosed, then, these reinforcing fiber layers 14, 15 are advanced along the inner surfaces of the mold and at the same time the movable core mold 3 is inserted into the inner part of the fixed core mold 2 and fixed there. In this way, reinforcing fiber bodies 4, 7, 7' are distributed uniformly and densely in the narrow mold space layer having a complicated hollow special structure, then, setting resin is injected from the supply part 6 into the mold space layers. The resin is filled between the fibers and hardened to obtain the intended vanes B.</p> |
