<p>PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of colors and the elution of dyes by heat-treating a resin film which is dyed in a previous stage under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin film 2 is provided on a substrate 1, and is subjected to UV exposure 3 through a mask having a prescribed mosaic- or stripe-like pattern and to development, thereby forming a relief 4. The film is then treated with a soln. contg. a yellow dye to dye the relief 5. The dye relief is heated for >=30min at 200-250 deg.C in air to obtain a dyed relief 6. A photosensitive resin film 7 of gelatin bichromate or the like is provided on the substrate 1 having the relief 6 and is subjected to UV exposure through the 2nd mask and to development, whereby the 2nd relief 8 is formed adjacently to the dyed relief 6. The relief 8 is dyed with a cyan dye to obtain a relief 9. If the yellow dyed relief is not heat-treated, the cyan dye dyes the yellow dyed relief as well, thus resulting in mixing of colors. The mixing of colors is prevented by the heat treatment.</p> |
