PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing inorganic particles, in which inorganic particles are uniformly dispersed (resulting in a homogeneous composition) with little aggregation of the inorganic particles, a coating film, a plastic substrate with a coating film, and a display device.SOLUTION: The composition containing inorganic particles of the present invention comprises inorganic particles having a refractive index of 1.9 or more, a solvent, and a film-forming component, in which the inorganic particles have an average primary particle diameter of 3 nm or more and 40 nm or less, and the compatibility of the inorganic particles with the film-forming component is higher than the compatibility of the inorganic particles with the solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
