The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus which can be used for light transmission, and can improve assemblability and reliability. The lighting apparatus comprises: an LED module having LEDs mounted on a substrate; a heat radiating plate having the LED module arranged on one surface, and having a first screw hole (186) formed on each of both side surfaces; an adhesive sheet for attaching the LED module and the heat radiating plate; and a cover having a receiving space for receiving the LED module and an entrance into which one surface of the heat radiating plate is inserted, and having a protrusion formed inside. An assembling state of the heat radiating plate and the cover is maintained by a screw coupled with the first screw hole (186) formed on a side surface of the heat radiating plate by passing through a second screw hole (126) of a coupling unit formed in the entrance of the cover.
