The present invention relates to a shoe for a correct walking posture including: a heel rotation coupling portion provided with a base plate horizontally disposed in an upper surface portion of a heel portion of the sole, a rotary shaft being fixedly disposed at a middle part of a lower surface portion of the base plate to penetrate the heel portion vertically downwards and a bearing being inserted into and mounted on a lower end part of the rotary shaft penetrating the heel portion to a lower side; a heel having the shape of a disc and a predetermined thickness and horizontally mounted on a lower surface portion of the heel portion of the shoe, a coupling groove being formed at a middle part of an upper surface portion and the heel being disposed to be capable of rotating about the rotary shaft while the bearing of the heel rotation coupling portion is inserted and mounted inside the coupling groove; and a rotation control unit controlling heel rotation as a brake plate is brought into close contact with or separated from the bearing in response to a lifting and lowering operation of a pressing plate, the brake plate being horizontally interposed between the upper surface portion of the bearing and the lower surface portion of the heel portion to be moved upwards and downward, a connecting shaft being fixedly disposed vertically upwards in the upper surface portion of the base plate to protrude to the outside and upwards while penetrating the heel portion and the base plate, the pressing plate being horizontally and fixedly disposed at an upper end of the connecting shaft, and an elastic spring elastically supporting the pressing plate upwards being interposed between the base plate and the pressing plate.
