The present invention relates to an ice-shaving machine including a water storage tank for hygienically cleaning a detachable ice removing rotation drum and, more specifically, to an ice-shaving machine which manufactures ice powder by cutting ice using an outer cutting knife by supplying a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant in an ice removing rotation drum and cooling an inner wall of the ice removing rotation drum to make ice after expanding a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant discharged from a compressor of a refrigerating machine. The ice-shaving machine improves a structure of the water storage tank in order for the water storage tank, wherein cooling water is stored at a predetermined water level so that the cooling water for removing ice in the ice removing rotation drum is smeared on the bottom, to be easily removed and mounted after being washed, without disassembling and assembling the ice-shaving machine when washed. Therefore, the ice-shaving machine including the water storage tank for hygienically cleaning a detachable ice removing rotation drum is hygienically safe. |
