The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for processing a tactical datalink based on a grid scheme. The apparatus for processing the tactical datalink based on the grid scheme includes: a grid distance calculating unit for calculating a grid distance by using a predetermined correlation parameter; an area index map generating unit for generating an area index map based on the calculated grid distance; an area index identifying unit for identifying, when a remote track of a tactical datalink is received, a target area index (AI) which is a target of a correlation algorithm in the generated area index map; and an algorithm performing unit for performing the correlation algorithm with respect to a local track, belonging to the identified target area index, of the tactical datalink.
