PURPOSE:To perform the soldering between the end parts of the coil wire material wound around a core and the electrodes by a method wherein axial directional holes are provided from the outsie to the electrode at both end parts of the core, and an inductance element is held by inserting acicular holders into the holes. CONSTITUTION:A fixed inductor is provided with the axial directional holes 3 on flanges at both ends of the drum core 1. The electrodes 4 in the form of rivet whereon a projection 5 is formed at the center of a metallic plate of size approximately equal to that of the flange 2 are fixed in these holes 3 by pressing the projection 5 fit or inserting it by using adhesive. Suitable clearances 6 are kept between the flanges 2 and the metallic plates of the electrodes 4. At these clearances 6, soldering is performed by a method wherein the end part of the coil wire material 7 wound around the winding part 1a of the drum core 1 is tied up to the projections 5. Simultaneously with soldering of the part tied up or afterwards, reserve soldering for surface connection to the electrodes 4 is performed. At the part of coil winding, an insulation film 8 which covers it is applied. |
