<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a protective construction for an optic disk which does not produce any effect on recording characteristics and is stable for a long period of time, by a method wherein two optic recording media are so fixed that thin metallic films thereof are faced to each other with a rubber-like elastic polymer located therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The thin metallic films 3, 4 for optic information recording are adhered respectively to two transparent substrates 1, 2, and a polymer layer 6 having a rubber-like elasticity such as a silicone rubber is provided on the surface on the film 3 side of one 1 of the substrates. Both the substrates 1, 2 are fixed by an adhesive so that the metallic film 4 on the other substrate 2 is faced to the metallic substrate 3 on the substrate 1. Accordingly, recording layers are protected by the construction, are prevented from being deformed, and production of bits by irradiation with a laser light is not hindered since the surfaces of the metallic films are coated with the rubber-like elastic polymer material.</p> |
