PURPOSE:To improve the responsive characteristic to the operating condition of an engine for controlling a compressor by a method wherein the compressor is controlled in response to the number of revolution of the engine, in an air conditioner provided with a compressor controller. CONSTITUTION:A r.p.m switch 7 fixed to a tachometer 10 is turned on when r.p.m exceeds the set value, and a compressor 1 is turned off through a control part 8. When the number of revolution drops below the set value, the r.p.m switch 7 is turned off and the control part 8 restarts the compressor 1. Therefore, the compressor 1 is stopped while r.p.m stays above the set value and the load of engine under an accelerated condition is reduced. In this way, it is possible to control the compressor in response to the operating condition of the engine. |
