PURPOSE:To furnish a window with a function of the stoppage of the flow of a resin, and to eliminate the need for several positioning for forming a frame by forming a PWB in at least two layer structure, forming the window at the proper position of the PWB of an upper layer and loading a semiconductor element requiring a resin coating on the PWB of a lower layer exposed by the window. CONSTITUTION:The PWB2', to a section thereof on which a semiconductor element 4' is loaded the window 6 is bored, and the PWB1' on which the semiconductor element 4' is loaded are laminated previously, and the semiconductor element 4' is loaded through the window 6 and sealed with the resin 5'. Accordingly, since the frame for coating the semiconductor element with the resin is also constituted by the PWB2', the mounting work of the frame is unnecessitated, and a high-density wiring substrate is obtained. |
