PURPOSE:To make the maintenance and inspection efficient, by providing a storage section recording the operating state at present and in the past and transmitting the recording information to a maintenance service station on request. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile device is provided with a recording section 3, and the operating state of the own device and the facsimile communicating state in the past are stored in the recording section 3. Further, the recording information is transmitted to the maintenance service side as facsimile transmitting information when a request exists from the maintenance service station side. Since the state of the facsimile device of a customer is grasped without visiting the said customer through the constitution like this, the periodic maintenance and inspection is made efficient. |
