FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry, namely to processes of purification of waste heat carrier from dispersed particles in production of dry milk. Waste heat carrier is fed tangentially in lower part of the body and moves in vertical direction with simultaneous rotation. In the flow of liquid in the form of drops in horizontal plane while rotary motion of drops in flow of heat carrier. Heat carrier flow containing drops is divided into central, with vertical and rotating components speed and near-wall, having only a rotating component, which value is less than rotational velocity component of central flow. Centrifugal force acting on the sprayed drops in the central flow, at their displacement in vertical direction increases due to narrowing of heat carrier flow. Device consists of housing, in which there is device for spraying and equipped with fluid discharge branch pipe, with mounted into housing central pipeline. Body converges to its upper part of heat carrier. On the inner surface of the body in tiers are ring-shaped chute or in the form of coil to make the clearance between horizontal bottom chute and wall of the housing, said gap increases from top flute to bottom.EFFECT: reduced resistance of the device, reduced overall dimensions, and as consequence, reduced cost, excluding drop entrainment.6 cl, 1 dwg |
