<p>PURPOSE:To attain stable transmission, by arranging almost alternately plural bits of an A/D conversion output for luminance signal and color difference signal and performing parallel/series conversion so as to decrease the posibility of consecutive ''0'' in the system transmitting a video signal with PCM encoding. CONSTITUTION:In encoding a component signal of the video signal, an output 8- bit of a luminance Y signal A/D converter 4 and an output 8-bit of a switch circuit 7 switching alternately outputs of A/D converters 5, 6 for color difference I, Q signal, are wired and connected alternately to a parallel/series converter 8. Thus, since the 8-bit of the luminance Y signal and the color difference I, Q signal is arranged alternately, the signal series having less consecutive ''0'' is obtained.</p> |
