PURPOSE:To enable to readily correct the displacement of an internal phase difference angle of a plurality of motors by controlling the direction and the magnitude of an exciting current which is flowed at least one of polyphase field coils of an induction synchronous motor. CONSTITUTION:The value of power of a motor 4 is detected by a detector, not shown, a controller, not shown, is operated by the signal from this detector, thereby firing the gate of either one of thyristors 27, 28 of an exciting circuit 20 to conduct the thyristor. Thus, the direction and the magnitude of a DC current which flows to the field coil 11 of a motor 15 are controlled so that the central position of the pole of the motor 15 is disposed at the same position as the central position of the motor 4, the center of the magnetic field fored by the field coil 11 is varied, and the internal phase difference angle of the motor 15 is freely varied in the prescribed range, thereby enabling to allow it to be coincident with the internal phase difference angle of the motor 4. |
