PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is small-sized and stable, by switching successively like time division and driving plural ultrasonic heads for constituting a curtain-like detecting area, and preventing an interference of a receiving wave between each channel. CONSTITUTION:This ultrasonic detectig device generates a curtain-like detecting area by arranging plural ultrasonic heads. As for the ultrasonic transmitting and receiving timing of the ultrasonic heads 11-14, the time division system is adopted. That is to say, the ultrasonic head 11 which becomes the first channel is set to the timing for transmitting an ultrasonic wave at the time of t1 and receiving it at the time of t2. Thereafter, said head is driven successively like time division by a switch 3 in the same way. |
