PURPOSE:To provide a silent and long-life valve device by providing a coil spring having strand intervals closely attached in a valve device body and sealing one end of the spring while connecting the other end to a fluid inlet. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical valve device body 1 having on both ends a fluid inlet 2 and a fluid outlet 3 is provided in the inside with a valve body mounting portion 6 consisting of a small diameter cylindrical portion 4 and a flange portion 5 for mounting said cylindrical portion 4 in the valve device body 1. An end of a coil spring 7 having the strand intervals closely attached is fixedly attached to the small diameter cylindrical portion 4 of said mounting portion 6 by welding, and to the other end of the coil spring 7 is attached a sealing plug 8 made of metal, hard rubber, synthetic resin, etc. to constitute a desired one- way valve device. Thus, since this device is not provided with any movable parts consisting of separate bodies, the occurrence of failures is reduced while the silent operation and long life of the device are provided. |
