PURPOSE:To set a logical threshold value lower or higher along the changing direction of an input signal, by providing one-stage of an inverter in addition to a conventional Schmitt trigger circuit so as to make input and output in phase with each other. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit consists of an FETQ17 used as a load element connected between a series circuit comprising FETQ18, Q19, the drain of the FETQ18, and the 1st power supply terminal (+VDD), an FETQ20 connected between a connecting point 12 of the FETsQ18, Q19 and the 1st power supply terminal, and a Schmitt trigger circuit 10 whose output is in phase to the input and whose input/output characteristic draws hysteresis loop. Further, the gate of the FETsQ18, Q19 and the input of a circuit 10 are connected to the input terminal, the gate of the FETQ20 is connected to the output of the circuit 10, and a connecting point 11 of the FETsQ17, Q18 is connected to the output terminal respectively. |
