PURPOSE:To lead out the starting and finishing ends of a coil from the same side of the coil by extending excess wire from the starting position of the coil on a bobbin and winding the prescribed number of wires on the bobbin and rotating the bobbin whenever the wire reciprocates. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 7 is held by flanges 6, 8. A wire 9a is extended from the starting position 0 of the coil, and the end of the wire is elastically held by a holding mechanism, not shown. The wire is fed from a flier, not shown, rotated around the bobbin 7, the wire 9 is wound 1-5 in a direction of an arrow (a), and inverted and wound 6-10 in a direction of an arrow (b).
