PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out individual cooking and prevent a suffocation accident without choking a throat with a rice cake, by processing a fresh pounded rice cake into a rice cake in the form of noodles having a suitable shape or length in a noodle making machine. CONSTITUTION:A fresh pounded rice cake is placed into a noodle making machine in the same way as in making wheat vermicelli or buckwheat vermicelli and procesed into a suitable shape or length to form a rice cake 2 in the form of noodles. Thus, the rice cake 2 in the form of noodles can be cooked in a short time with rapid heating up to give an unconventional individual dish, and the cooking can be enjoyed with pleasure. The fine noodles have good crispiness without fear for causing a suffocation accident due to the chocking of a throat with the rice cake. The dried rice cake has good keeping quality and handleability and becomes optimum for an instant food. |
