PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ perfusion method and apparatus that can sufficiently diffuse perfusate into an organ.SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by introducing a perfusate into an organ and bringing the organ into contact with the perfusate while giving vibration to an organ when delivering the perfusate from the organ. An organ perfusion apparatus 10 comprises an organ-receiving container 11 that contains an organ 41, a first channel 12 that introduces the perfusate into the organ 41 contained in the organ-receiving container 11, a second channel 13 that delivers the perfusate from the organ 41 contained in the organ-receiving container 11, a vibration generator system 14 that gives vibration to the organ 41 contained in the organ-receiving container 11. The flow rate of the perfusate and the operation of the vibration generator system 14 are controlled, and thereby the organ perfusion apparatus 10 gives vibration to an organ by the vibration generator system 14 when bringing the organ into contact with the perfusate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
