PURPOSE:To make it possible that required parts of plural originals different in magnification from one another are inputted and scanned simultaneously and a part of them, at least, is outputted, scanned, and recorded simultaneously with different magnifications through plural storage devices. CONSTITUTION:In the method where different magnifications are realized for two originals, when originals A and B are copied simultaneously with different required magnifications mA and mB respectively, the case of mA>mB is indicated by (a), and the case of mA<mB is indicated by l. Picture signals corresponding to lengths l/mA and l/mB of one picture element are sampled and are inputted to a recording part and are exposed and recorded with the length (l) on a film, and ratios of outputs to inputs are required magnifications mA and mB. Magnification signals mA and mB are switched by a gate pulse and inputted from a multiplexer circuit 34 to a synthesizer 32 in accordance with values of required magnification, and operation processing conditions are switched by classifications of input signals, and originals are processed on conditions set for every original. |
