The invention relates to forceps for carrying an implant for surgical use allowing grasping of artificial lenses for their intraocular positioning. It is composed of a tube 1 whose end comprises a lateral slot, of a stop 3 and of a chuck 2 sliding within the tube whose travel is limited by the stop. The system of connection between the tube and its chuck is elastic, and ensures, in the quiescent state, a constant pressure of the chuck on the stop, which allows the implant to be retained. The use of these forceps is not limited. They are in particular intended for grasping an implant for the posterior chamber comprising an optical lens 13 drilled with an orifice 11 on the edge receiving the stop 3, and a flexible handle allowing pushing back with respect to the hole via the chuck 2. <IMAGE> |
