<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the fluctuation in a tape speed at data processing of the next block and to stabilize it by storing the section of magnetic tape speed at braking temporarily and giving a prescribed accelerating current to a motor driving circuit in the section when the start instruction is actuated after braking. CONSTITUTION:When a processor 17 receives a stop instruction from an operating panel 13 or a high-order device, the processor 17 receives tape speed information from a selector and discriminates whether the speed is >=75% of the normal speeder, >=50%, or >=25%, the direction is inverted, or the speed is stopped, a corresponding flag is set and stored. Then, when the start instruction is received again, a start current value corresponding to the state of the flag in this case is fed in a digital value, but a motor driving circuit 22 is not controlled directly by the digital value and digital value is converted into an analog signal at a D/A converter 23, a current is supplied to the motor drive circuit 22 to accelerate a machine reel motor 2 and a file reel motor 5.</p> |
