PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a reserved operation to be started at a proper operation start time on every occasion without consuming excess energy.SOLUTION: A temperature detection unit monitors room temperature for a certain time after an air conditioning operation is stopped, and an information unit calculates the change speed of the room temperature in the certain time. Then, the information unit determines that an indoor environment has high thermal insulation performance if the change speed of the room temperature is low, and determines that the indoor environment has low thermal insulation performance if the change speed of the room temperature is high, and generates indoor information from the determines result. An operation control unit determines the operation start time of a reserved operation based on the indoor information. The operation start time in the indoor environment having the low thermal insulation performance is earlier than the operation start time in the indoor environment having the high thermal insulation performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
