PURPOSE:To improve the reliability with the high mechanical strength of a speaker by having a relay between a draw-out wire of a voice coil and a copper foil thread with a phosphor bronze plate and providing a thin foil of phosphor bronze under the adhered part of a dust cap. CONSTITUTION:A draw-out wire 4a of a voice coil is wound round an end of a phosphor bronze plate 9 and fixed onto a bobbin 3 with soldering. The plate 9 is adhered along the surface of the cone paper 1 and led outside through the area under a dust cap 2. In this case, the plate 9 is moved down to the surface of the paper 1 with necessary R. The paper 1 is stitched toward its circumference side with a copper foil thread 5 at the outside of the cap 2. Then the led- out terminal of the plate 9 is fixed with soldering to the paper 1. |
