PURPOSE:To obtain a device of simplified constitution which has a small control input, eliminates the generation of a machine noise, and operates stably by using a means which performs high-speed feeding operation for skipping and rewinding by utilizing the power of a capstan without exerting any evil influence during reproduction. CONSTITUTION:When an exciting coil 15a is powered on, its magnetic flux is opposite in direction to the magnetic flux of a magnet 20a, so a lever 3a is unlocked, and a rotating wheel 10a is pressed against a flywheel 2a by the operation of a spring 19a; and the flywheel 2a drives the rotating wheel 10a and a gear 9a clockwise and a reel 5a is rotated counterclockwise to enter a skip or cue mode. When the exciting coil of an electromagnetic locking device 21 is powered on in rewinding operation, a lever 16 is unlocked, and a rotating wheel 17 is pressed against a rotating wheel 18 by the elasticity of a spring 19; and the rotating wheel 18 receives the power while pressed against the flywheel 2a by the pressing and the reel 5a is driven clockwise to enter a rewind or review mode. |
