PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength of the photoconductive and photosensitive layer of an electrophotographic sensitive body to the electrically conductive support by incorporating a resin soluble in an org. solvent, colloidal silica and a specified compound into the intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A resin soluble in an org. solvent, colloidal silica or colloidal alumina, and a compound having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule are incorporated into an intermediate layer to be formed between the elctrically conductive support of an electrophotographic sensitive body and the photoconductive and photosensitive layer. The principal component of said resin is a polymer having 10-100 acid value and contg. structural units represented by formula I or II (where R1 is H or CH3, R2 is H, CH3, C2H5 or chloromethyl, R3 is CH3, and n is an integer of 1-10). |
