PURPOSE:To raise independence of each processing by storing variation data generated in each processing in a common first-in first-out type storage device (queue), and controlling an execution of each processing by the contents of the queue. CONSTITUTION:When data B is updated in a processing A1, the processing A1 writes the contents of the data B to a queue Q, and completes a transfer to other processing. On the other hand, in processings C, D, the execution is started by an independent timing by control of a monitor 4, a flag data of the queue Q is checked, data required for itself is inputted, and the processing is executed. In this case, as for as existence of the processing C, D, it is unnecessary to consider it for the processing A1, and it is sufficient that a queue flag of a suitable form is attached to the processing A1. On the other hand, as for the processings C, D, it is sufficient that the processing is executed by seeing only the queue flag, and independence of each processing is raised.
