MICRODETERMINATION METHOD OF HIGH MOLECULAR ANTIGEN

PURPOSE:To determine a material to be measured by using a monoclonal antibody for the 1st antibody and a polyclonal antibody for the 2nd antibody, binding the 2nd antibody to the 1st antibody and measuring the quantity of the 2nd antibody. CONSTITUTION:The monoclonal antibody used as the 1st antibody is obtd. by producing the same in a cell producing a monoclonal antibody. The polyclonal antibody used as the 2nd antibody is obtd. by sensitized antiserm of an animal. The phase of the 1st antibody with respect to a high molecular antigen which is a material to be measured is immobilized on a carrier. The high molecular antibody is bound with the 1st antibody by an antigen antibody reaction. The 2nd antibody is bound with the high molecular antigen bound with the 1st antibody by an antigen antibody reaction. The high molecular antigen is sandwiched between the 1st antibody and the 2nd antibody. The sandwiched antigen is determined by measuring the quantity of the 2nd antibody.
