发明名称 FLUX DENSITY MEASURING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To derive exactly a flux density by measuring an absorbing quantity or a transmitting quantity of a light of a specified wavelength, as to a washing liquid immediately after being sent out of a distilling machine, and also checking an absorbing quantity or a transmitting quantity of the same wave-length light as to a washing liquid in a washing tank of the front stage to which said washing liquid flow in first. CONSTITUTION:A spare tank 6 for pooling temporarily a washing liquid is provided on the way of a washing liquid flow path between a distilling machine 5 and a pre-stage washing tank 3. The washing liquid in this spare tank 6 is fed to a cell 11a by a small- sized pump 12a, and the washing liquid passing through the cell 11a is returned again to the spare tank 6. Also, the washing liquid in the pre-stage washing tank 3 is also made to circulate through a cell 11b by a small- sized pump 12b. A light emitting device 13a and a photometer 14a are installed so as to be opposed to each other by placing the cell 11a between them, and in the same way, a light emitting device 13b and a photometer 14b are placed so as to be opposed to each other by placing the cell 11b between them. Density of a separation preventive agent contained in the cell can be regarded as almost same, therefore, a difference of output signal values of the photometers 14a, 14b corresponds to a difference of a flux density in the washing liquid in the cells 11a, 11b.
