PURPOSE:To make the miniaturization, lightweightiness and sealability of a propulsion augmenter improvable, by insetting a torsion spring, giving a rotor a turning force, in a shaft externally and installing these elements inside a cylinder of a casing, while attaching a stopper screw, which locks the propulsion of the shaft, detachably to the casing. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 20, a shaft 30, a torsion spring 40 and a rotation preventive piece 16 are fitted in altogether, while in the state that the torsion spring 40 is given a specified torque upon a certain amount of twists, this spring 40 is inset from an opening part at the tip of a casing 10, and a stopper screw 50 is made to be screwed in a locking hole 17 of the shaft 30, then a rotation preventive piece 16 is clamped with a screw, thus the shaft 30 is locked. In time of operation, a setting hole 15 formed in an installing plate 12 of the casing 10 and members including an engine or the like are screwed and locked, and afterward the stopper screw 50 is removed whereby they are unlocked, giving a pressing force to a chain, etc., being hit to the tip end of the shaft 30 all the time, through which the occurrence of any slackness in the chain and so on can be prevented. Thus, with solid formation for the casing, sealability is well improved.
