PURPOSE:To connect in a bundle the multi-point of conductor leads by pressing and positioning the leads with a transparent glass plate from upside on the many conductor leads and the lead of a flexible wire, injecting flux utilizing capillary phenomenon, and irradiating laser light through the glass plate. CONSTITUTION:Conductor leads 30 and a lead group 34, which is made by attaching Pb-Sn alloy 33 to the lead 32 of a flexible wire, are matched in position and fixed onto a base 11. Then the conductor lead 30 and lead group 34 are pressed by a transparent glass plate 35 and they are brought into contact with each other. Thereafter, flux composed of a mixed solution of 440-460MG/ML of zinc chloride, 7-9MG/ML of ammonium chloride, and 150-170MG/ML of hydrochloric acid is injected into the space between the conductor lead 30 and lead group 34. After that, a power-adjusted YAG laser 36 of a wave length 1.06mum is irradiated upon the conductor lead 30 and lead group 34 of the flexible wire 31 to connect them. |
