PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin suitable for use in paints, etc., and excellent in adhesion, flexibility, etc., of a cured product, by reacting an isocyanato group- terminated polyurethane compound with a specified compound having both cinnamoyl and hydroxyl groups. CONSTITUTION:A polyisocyanate selected from tolylene diisocyanate, etc., is reacted with a polyol selected from ethylene glycol, etc., or a polyol polyester of MW of 200-1,000, obtained by reacting an excess of a polyol with a polycarboxylic acid (e.g., terephthalic acid), at an NCO/OH molar ratio >=1.05. The produced isocyanato group-terminated polyurethane compound is reacted with a compound of formula I or II (wherein n=1-4, and R is a 1-6C alkylene) to obtain the purpose photocurable urethane resin.
