PURPOSE:The titled composition excellent in tensile modulus and bending modulus and useful as a substitute for metal, obtained by polymerizing at least two specified compounds. CONSTITUTION:A solution 4 formed by dissolving a polymer prepared by polymerizing at least two compounds selected from the group consisting of benzothiazole, benzoxazole, benzimidazole, diimidazobenzene, 9-vinyladenine, 1-vinyluracil, 7-vinylguanine, and 1-vinylcytosine in concentrated sulfuric, polyphosphoric, or methylsulfonic acid is extruded into a sulfuric acid solution 3 having such a concentration gradient that the lower portion contains sulfuric acid of a high concentration and the upper portion contains diluted sulfuric acid of a low concentration, by means of a piston 5, and the extrudate is stretched by chucks 1 to obtain a high-rigidity resin composition 2. EFFECT:It is possible to obtain a resin composition distinguished by itself in a rigid structure of highly orientated molecular chains, and having strong chemical bonds between molecules and within a molecule and a bending modulus of >=2,000kg/mm.<2>.
