PURPOSE:To have smooth feed of roll paper by furnishing a roller to press a roll paper by a specified pressure between the roll paper and transport means. CONSTITUTION:A roller 26 to press a paper roll in transportation by a specified pressure is installed between the roll paper 1 loaded in a paper feed device and a pair of transport means 3, 4. Said specified pressure signifies a pressure which can tense the paper slacked by the inertia force when the paper feed is stopped. Thereby slackness likely to be generated by inertia force when the paper feed is stopped can be prevented effectively to ensure smooth feeding of the paper. |
