PURPOSE:To trace program routes of all cases independent of any execution instruction by comparing directly the information of a memory address register with the storing memory address information of the instruction executed immediately before. CONSTITUTION:The value of a memory address register 44 is sent to a memory address bus 20 after it is updated by a location adder 45 or arithmetic circuit 43. At the same time, the same information as that sent to the memory address bus 20 is sent to a location comparing circuit 48. The location comparing circuit 48 compares the address information from the memory address register 44 with information which is obtained by adding ''1'' to the address information from a ratch location register 47 and, when they do not match with each other, sends the information of the ratch location register 47 to an information collecting circuit 49. In this manner, the information of the information collecting circuit 49 can be used for recording and displaying to trace a program route as occasion demands. |
