PURPOSE:To segregate normal and abnormal crankshaft blank by detecting a weight of blank fed to a die in a press. CONSTITUTION:A blank 3 is put on a bench 1, an output of load-cell 2 is amplified by an amplifier 4, after converting to a digital figue by an AD convertor 5, the figure is delivered to memory circuit 6 and CPU7. The CPU7 is provided with a comparing member 9 which compares the output of AD convertor 5 and the standard value stored preliminarily in the memory circuit 6 and judges compliance, with excess and shortness as to the reference value and delivers output and by the 3 different outputs, a relay 11 operates when excess, i.e. more than 2 blanks are fed, a relay 12 operates when a normal blank is fed and a relay 13 operated when a light blank is fed. |
