This construction mainly comprises a main structure A and two movable sub-assemblies B and C. In the transport position, these two sub-assemblies are fitted into the main structure and the overall size allows transport by road or by rail. In order to convert the construction to its configuration for use, it is sufficient to install complementary framework elements 31, 32 and to move in translation the two sub-assemblies B and C.
