PURPOSE:To improve the visibility of a display pattern by providing electrode patterns which are connected in common on a substrate and are parallel to each other, on a gap between each unit dot matrix display pattern. CONSTITUTION:A scanning electrode X'' and a signal electrode Y'' connected to a circuit substrate or a driving circuit are added. Also, when a driving voltage is always supplied so as to apply non-selective voltage, to a dot generated by adding these electrodes X'' and Y'', the density of a background part and a non-selective dot of a display pattern can be equalized, and the visibility of the display pattern can be improved easily. |
