PURPOSE:To obtain the titled unloader to simply and quickly discharge a vulcanized tyre by a structure wherein tracks are installed at the sides of a tyre vulcanizer and receiving amrs are overhung each carriage mounted on the track so as to be movable backward and forward. CONSTITUTION:Each track 12, which is arranged so as to direct toward the center of a vulcanized tyre T on a vulcanizing press A, is operated by means of a track operating mechanism 13 so as to pose a horizontal arrangement and an arrangement inclined outwards and downwards. A carriage 20 is mounted on the track 12 so as to be movable backward and forward Receiving arms 23 are overhung at the tip of the carriage 20 in order to enter the underside of a tyre T. A gate stopper 41 is disposed upright on the carriage 20 at the outside end of the track 12 in order to prevent the tyre T from falling down and yet is lowered when the tyre T is discharged toward a discharging stand (d). |
